Abstract:
This EI issues revised section 610 and section 611, subsection 713-07 and adds two new sections 713-09 Mycorrhizal Fungi and 713-10 Moisture Retention Additive. Slope requirement for subsection 713-07 Rolled Erosion Control Products and Soil Stabilizers Class III, TYPE_ A & TYPE_ B are changed from 1:2 or flatter to 1:1 or flatter.
