Abstract:: The purpose of this EI is to revise and reorder the information in existing specifications related to Landscape Development within Section 600 and Section 713 of the Standard Specifications dated May 4, 2006 & May 1, 2008. Also, various existing special specifications impacted by the revisions to Sections 610 - 615 will be disapproved. Additionally, this EI will issue a new statewide PIN-only specification for Post Planting Care with Replacement Plants.
