The NYS Department of Transportation is implementing Trns*port SiteManager, including both Construction and Materials functionality. Implementation of standard AASHTO software enables SiteManager to allow revising business practices to be more consistent with industry-accepted best practices. The revisions to the Standard Specifications are to conform to SiteManager's methodology in defining its Material Codes and Pay Items. Section 207 and Section 209-2 Materials were revised to refer to the appropriate subsections of Section 737 (Geosynthetics).
