Abstract:: Reissues Section 572 Shop-Applied Structural Paint System with a change in the paints used in the shop. It also issues Standard Specifications Sections 573 and 574 for painting structural steel in the field which includes technical improvements as well as the use of organic, zinc-rich paint systems. Changes are made, as well, to the classification of paints on the State's approved list.
