Abstract:: Chapter 8 (Limited Revision) incorporates information issued by EI 03-008 & EI 02-022. Pages 8-139 through 8-141 have an effective date of 09/11/03. Page 8-142 has an effective date of 01/16/03. Chapter 10 (Limited Revision) incorporates information issued by EI 03-001 & EI 02-042. Replacement pages have an effective date of 09/11/03. Chapter 13 (Complete Revision) is effective on the date of this EB (06/06/03). Chapter 14 (Limited Revision) revised to eliminate Fig. 14-28 and is effective on the date of this EB (06/06/03). Chapter 21 (Limited Revision) incorporates information issued with EI 03-002 & EI 02-034 and is effective on 05/08/03.
