Abstract:: Deleting Section 403 to reduce confusion and help ensure requirements in PLAFAP Chapter 9 are followed. References to Section 403 were identified in Sections 303, 618 and 703-09. After determining those specifications were also no longer used and/or unnecessary, it was decided to delete them along with Section 403.
