Abstract:: Charges to Contractors are currently made in the Computerized Engineer's Estimate System (CEES) using sequence numbers and codes instead of an item number. SiteManager must have a contract pay item number under which to record the amounts of non item-related charges back to the Contractor in certain circumstances, and therefore the items must be in the contract when loaded into SiteManager.
