Abstract:
This EI changes references to the MUTCD in the entire Standard Specifications book. By the issuance of this EI the MUTCD in the spec book will now be defined as the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (FHWA), the New York State Supplement (to it) and all the publications incorporated to the manual by reference.
