Abstract:
Revisions to Section 697, changing name from Field Change Order (FCO) to Field Change Payment (FCP), to better reflect what the item is used for. Operational changes have already been made via memo distributed to Construction staff, this is a formalization of those changes. Eligible items for which FCP can be used to make payments are more clearly detailed.
