Abstract:: Replaces Items 02304.0501 and 15203.23 with revised Shoulder Backup Material specification 15203.24. The new specification provides for measurement of material in metric tons; but, where scales are not available, also provides a conversion factor for cubic meter (loose material) to metric tons.
