Disapproves 8 special specifications related to "Rapid Setting" repair materials; changes the name of Section 701-09 to "Rapid Hardening Concrete Repair Material (Normal Weather)" and Section 721-20 "Rapid Hardening Polymer Concrete"; changes "setting" to "hardening" wherever it appears in conjunction with these materials.
