This issuance establishs a performance specification for §701-12 Concrete Repair Material - High Early Strength. This material is generally used in repair of portland cement concrete pavement and accepts traffic loads within 3 hours of placement. This material fills a specification requirement gap that falls between §701-04 and §701-09.
