Abstract:
The EI issues revised Standard Specifications Section 698 Price Adjustments. It includes a significant change to the Steel Price Adjustment which requires the Contractor to opt in for all items that the Contractor selects. All items for which the Contractor does not opt in will not be covered by the price adjustment clause. Also includes minor editorial revisions to further clarify the specifications.
