The Attorney General’s Office periodically updates Appendix A Standard Clauses for All New York State Contracts. The version of Appendix A in §102-08 and §102-09 of the Standard Specifications does not correspond to the most current Appendix A and needs to be updated. This revision replaces the Standard Clauses contained in §102-08 and §102-09 of the Standard Specifications with samples of the most recent versions, as updated by the Attorney General’s Office.
In order to ensure that the Appendix A included in contracts is the most recent version issued by the Attorney General’s Office, Appendix A will be attached to the Contract Agreement signed by the Contractor.
