Abstract:
Changes and/or new developments of materials and technologies to enhance safety during construction or maintenance of roads make it necessary to update our Standard Specifications. In this particular case, the products originally meeting the specifications are no longer available in the market, so the Specifications need to be modified to accommodate the replacement products.
