- Abstract:
- The Engineering Instruction is transmitting revisions to Section 402 of the NYS Standard Specifications. These changes were necessary to incorporate changes made with previous issuances, clarify ambiguities, and to include new requirements imposed by the FHWA to meet CFR 637.
